Beautiful place nestled just off the main roads, it’s well maintained & has amazing hosts. They’ve thought of everything from on site laundry to all the subscriptions you could imagine. Pet friendly & a chill-quiet atmosphere. With trails and plenty of outdoor space, free use of social gathering areas. Campfires, hammocks, sauna… so much more that I can’t even remember. It really is a great place

I absolutely love this place! The rooms are spacious and very clean. The kitchen is spotless and fully equipped making it perfect for cooking my meals. The attention to detail and cleanliness throughout the whole place always stands out. I always go back when I’m in the area, and love that my dog is always welcome! It’s a family oriented place, the owners are amazing, very friendly and attentive.

Yes! We welcome well-behaved dogs and cats. A $25 pet fee per pet, per stay, helps cover the extra cleaning needed. For stays longer than 90 days, a nonrefundable pet deposit and an $8/week pet fee apply.

No lease or credit check is required to stay with us. We do require a refundable deposit equal to one week’s rent for stays over 90 days.

Yes. Guests staying more than 90 days may be eligible for a mailbox key. All guests may receive packages at our central delivery box—just be sure to include your apartment number. Walmart and Pie Slingers offer delivery directly to your suite.

Your rate includes a fully furnished suite, high-speed Wi-Fi, all utilities, access to all resort amenities, and weekly cleaning (bathroom, floors, bedding, and linens). We also replenish basic supplies like toilet paper, trash bags, and hand soap.

Guests are expected to wash their own dishes, take out their trash, and keep surfaces and beds tidy for cleaning day.

Our suites are for quiet residential use only. Parties, events, or large gatherings require written approval in advance. Occupancy limits must be respected.

We observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please treat fellow guests and shared spaces with respect, and follow posted rules for property amenities like the Bark Park, sauna, and playground.

No. Smoking or saging inside the apartment results in a $500 cleaning fee. Smoking is permitted outside—please use the provided ashtrays.

Let us know right away if anything is missing or damaged. We want the chance to fix it promptly and ensure you’re not held responsible for pre-existing issues.

We can ship it back to you! A minimum $25 shipping & admin fee applies. Local guests can check the Lost & Found bin near the employee workshop.

Rates for extended stays include tax breaks and discounts based on duration. If you leave within the first 90 days, we’ll adjust taxes and billing accordingly at checkout.
